Yoga Sessions
My sister found out that she has mild scoliosis when she was around 9 and decided to ignore it.
Now, she’s nineteen and the scoliosis got worse. She now has to wear braces and undergo therapy, stretching twice a day. Since she has to do it on the floor and apparently it hurts her knees after a few minutes of stretching, I lent her my extra yoga mat.
I have Tuesdays and Thursdays as my yoga days. I leave the house at 4:30 AM so I can arrive at the yoga studio and do a yoga session before going to work. I’m still getting used to waking up early, and if you have been reading my blog for a while you’d notice how much I love to sleep and how hard it is for me to let go of my bed in the morning. I just hope I can keep this up, and maybe bring my sister along to some sessions, this will help her with her scoliosis, you know?
