The best remedy for back pains
Nothing relieves joint pains faster than Yoga. I’m having back and joint pains since last month (probably because of lack of exercise) so I decided to try out hot flow yoga. A good friend recommended this to me and told me that it really worked for him. He said that it is the one of the best jjoint pain remedies I can try for the least cost.
I enrolled last week and started attending just this morning. The class started at six in the morning and I was early. I was excited to try this new kind of yoga which uses a heated room, much more like a sauna. When the instructor led us to the room, the nightmare started. It was so hot and I actually felt my sweat dripping on the mat. The instructor told us to relax and breathe and try to focus on the postures.
There were 26 postures and I can definitely say that no posture was easy. The mere standing position is painful because of the hot room. The session started with breathing, then the postures, and ended in breathing. After the class, it felt like heaven leaving the room.
Now I am the office, working. The amazing thing is, even after only one yoga session, I do not feel any joint or back pains anymore! Also, I do not even feel tired. So right now I am starting to feel the effects of yoga in my body and how important it is exercise. Right now, I feel that every part of my body is relaxed and energized. Nothing feels stiff unlike before. I’m glad I tried yoga out, and I’ll definitely do it regularly.
