Last night’s business dinner

Last night was quite fun for me. I was with Leah, a friend of mine, and we met with a cute (understatement) guy she met from the net. Leah was drooling over this guy for a while already. She almost bought the best diet pills just to look good for this guy. I was not really into EB but I was worried as well for my friend so I tagged along. Anyhow, the guy was very interesting to talk with. He was not the intimidating and humorous type. He was subtle, straight to the point, and has a profound sense of humor, although he was of same age as we did.

We ended up talking about investments (yep, business). The supposed to be flirty night turned out as a business dinner. We learned a lot, especially about how to invest money wisely. In summary, I learned that settling your debts first is not always the right choice when it comes to spending money wisely. If you can invest the money with a very quick return of investment, might as well do that. Then use the profit to pay for debts.

All those chat about business made Leah even want the guy even more. The guy seems nice, and looks like he likes her too. But I bet they’ll break up in two weeks. Haha. I think my friend is way too immature for him.
