Dressing Jiro Up
Author: admin
On Saturday, there will be a fund-raising for a family friend who has cancer. They decided on doing a pseudo prom cocktail party. This means I am dressing up.
I managed to convince my friend, Jiro to come and be my date but on one condition, I have to help him pick out a tuxedo shirt. So we searched far and wide at the mall the whole afternoon. He liked a couple of shirts on different shops at the mall but he said before he decides on anything he has to eat something because he was already seeing stars due to starvation.
We ate and had coffee till it was almost 1 hour before the mall closes. Finally after eating, he decided to get his first choice. Tired and all I told him, “Dude, you pick out clothes like a girl!” he laughed and finally we parted ways.

Shall I get a Vaio or a Mac?
Author: admin
Hey guys, I need some help with something. Feel free to comment on this okay? I think I need to replace my three year old laptop as soon as possible. My HP has already been upgraded several times and I guess it has already reached it’s limit. It can no longer handle my processor intensive applications like Maya and photoshop CS3.
I have done some research in the net and some window shopping in the malls to find the perfect laptop for me. A friend of mine suggested that I get the newest Mac. I have always been a fan of the apple but I’m not sure if I can use one for work. I saw a Sony Vaio in one of the stores and instantly fell in love with it. It has similar specs with the Mac and has the same price but my friend says that Macs are better in graphics processing and 3D rendering (not to mention the angst factor in Macs). So if you were to choose, which will you pick?
on pen collections
Author: admin
I love collecting stuff. Whenever I go from one seminar to another, my favorite mementos are the promotional pens. They’re not only flashy with the brand or event name on it, they’re also very useful. Some are even dual purpose; the most useful one I have yet encountered is a promotional-pen-and-USB-in-one! Imagine that!
To cap it off, since pens are not bulky and most of the time necessary, you can bring them anywhere and everywhere as bragging rights without being too obvious. Hehehe. At the moment, I’m hoping I can get a pen with the inscription “Google” on it. Now THAT would be so cool, don’t you think? 0;)
neckties == unisex

I really don’t understand why people make such a big fuss whenever I wear my favorite brown silk tie. They either keep gushing or raise an eyebrow.
What is it with women and silk ties?! Is it really THAT unusual or is it just in my country? How come neckties are always associated with men? It’s like ($neckties ==$men; $neckties!=$women). Hehehe… I know, I know, I’m bragging my recently acquired PHP knowledge.
Anyhow, it’s 2008 people. Get a grip. Neckties are unisex. In fact, they look much nicer on women. Don’t you think? 0:P
fashionably velvet

My fashionable sister, Anne, takes delight in buying and wearing velvet clothes. Unfortunately for her, very few stores in our area sell velvet clothing. So when I told her about Tobi.com which sells Velvet apparel by Graham and Spencer, she was really ecstatic.
What she really loves about Tobi.com aside from the fact that it sells Velvet is that you can have your purchased product gift-wrapped and send it to a friend. You don’t need to worry about the price of the item or order being shown to your recipient because he/she will only receive an invoice with a Return/Exchange Form.
Another thing that makes Tobi.com great is that it has a sizing chart page for men and women. Do take note that sizing between designers vary. So if you already know your size for a particular designer, I suggest you order the size you normally wear. Otherwise, follow the chart to determine your size.
The website also takes special orders and you can avail of this by phone or by email. Of course, to ensure safe transactions, they will require you to provide a form of payment to secure your order.
To cap it off, you can speak to an online stylist at Tobi.com to help you select the most fitting clothes for you. So if you’re looking for a personal and quality shopping experience, try visiting their website.
