Epic Watching Experience
Author: admin
I have always dreamed of having a home theatre. It’s so awesome. It is luxurious and relaxing at the same time. Nothing like a good movie and a good surround sound to forget every stressing thing around you. A good home theatre seating would sound awfully nice, as well.
I was thinking about buying one, but though my friends keep telling me that it would be a waste of money. I don’t think so, though. Any comments?

More Time for Friends.
Author: admin
I went to visit my indian friend Nik. He started giving me tips on programming and showing me places on the internet where I could travel around and learn more about computers and networks.
He has these awesome industrial knobs, by the way. I seem to get amused by staring at them. Never have I seen such an amazing sight. Just kidding. I just had to mention it.
It was fun, I haven’t hung out with him for a while. I suddenly realized that I need to spend more time with my friends rather than staying at home stressing over work.
House Hopping

I’ve been knocking on all of my friends’ doors this week. I guess I just missed them. I traveled from house to house seeking shelter and girl bondings.
As I was hopping from house to house, I kept sleeping on various beds. I personally like a friend of mine’s sleep number bed. It’s amusing to think that a bed can be that luxurious. It’s so comfortable and nifty. Try sleeping in one.
Occupational Hazard for Seamen
Author: admin
Yesterday I had a chance to chat with one of my old friend from senior high. He is currently working as a seaman, specifically an engine technician for an oil barge. It’s rare that I chat with him because he is always busy with his work. Anyway I have learned that seamen (sea farers) really earn a lot of money compared to us regular employees. He bragged about his new house and about some of his gadgets. He also told me about the many ports he had already visited.
As we continued chatting, I found out that his work was not that easy. He was concerned about his health. Many of his co-workers have developed certain illnesses that he thinks was caused by asbestos poisoning. He said that pipes are lined with a material made with asbestos which is highly toxic to the human body. I think the term he used was Mesothelioma, a type of cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. Because of what he said, I became worried about him and I advised him to just find another job. After all, what can you do with your money when you’re already dead?
Meeting Up With the New Sarah
Author: admin
It has been months since the last time I saw Sarah, my former gym buddy. Then last night I got a text from her saying we should meet up for coffee. The next day I was so excited to see her. We have been friends for the longest time and ever since we were kids she always had weight issues. It never bothered her when we were kids but when puberty hit her, weight became a really big issue for her. She tried everything like badminton, slimming diets, other sports and also the gym but none really had a long lasting effect.
When I went to the coffee shop I was so surprise to see a confident and really slim Sarah! I asked her how she did it and she said that it was because of this weight loss pill that she took for just a month and she drastically lost weight. And now even though she’s not taking it anymore she was able to maintain her new physique. I was so happy that the once shy and timid Sarah is now a confident and stunning young lady.
Birthday Watch
Author: admin
My cousin’s birthday is coming up. And I have found a perfect gift for him, an Audemars Piguet . He broke his watch 3 weeks ago while he was in his yacht. He accidentally smashed it while tying the ropes.
He loved that watch very much that he got depressed the next couple of days. It was given to him by his best friend for Christmas and he would always say that it was built for him. So now, for his birthday, I’m giving him the exact same one. I hope he likes it.
Bus virus hit me
Author: admin
Last two weeks, I came to work on a bus because my car broke down. The bus was a little crowded and I noticed the person near me having some symptoms of flu - coughing and sneezing. Obviously I couldn’t do much to stay away from him so I just covered my nose with my hanky. The next day I felt so weak to get up from bed. I remembered that guy with the flu so I figured that I caught the virus too. I took some meds and took a day off to recover. The next day, I was off to work again, a little sneezy but no longer feeling weak. A few days later, that sneezing worsened to severe coughing. I had headaches and facial pain, so again I was unable to go to work. I consulted my doctor to find out what’s wrong with me and was later diagnosed with sinusitis.
The doctor gave me some strong antibiotics for the infection. When I went to the med store, I had no idea that the antibiotics were that expensive! I was shocked after the cashier passed the box of meds to the barcode scanner. Sigh… if only I stayed away from that flu guy then my sinusitis will not get aggravated and I won’t be having this much problem on my budget. It had already been a week since I took a leave. So let this be a lesson for you guys. Stay away from sick peeps on the bus.
